Communication - Campaign Announcement

HP is a sales-led organization, with huge teams many times working in silos. One of the biggest challenges marketing organizations face in large corporations is to be able to stand out of the crowd – specially in large markets like North America. My approach as marketer has always been focusing on a 360 strategy to execute our campaigns, where communicating it becomes key in getting teams exited about our marketing strategies, tactics, and investments. An easy to understand, impactful, without “marketing jargon” announcement to internal employees, clients, and partners, as well as my goal to provide and share best practices with other countries. In Canada, we have taken this approach for several years. On this video, I wanted to showcase a beautiful campaign developed by Worldwide team with an announcement that stood out, getting recognition, as the best representation of a Global campaign communicated magnificently by a country. During my time working in US, I took this same approach to develop a new campaign announcement, providing a simple lean deck with all components of our latest initiative, with the same 360 approach in an impactful way. This became the standard for North America.
